If you’re looking for a challenging and fun workout, I definitely recommend Coach Bilal and the international boxing institute. I have done some 1:1 training sessions that have helped me improve my skills and stamina. There are also workshops which are a great way to get introduced to boxing and get motivated to workout with others. I really enjoyed the Women’s boxing sessions that were held last year. If you’re interested in trying out boxing or getting in shape, this is where to look!

The coach teaches very seriously and always encourage and push you to break your limit. Always bring the better you out no matter on the physical or spiritual level. Training with International boxing institute (Coach Bilal) is really worthwhile and benefited a lot!!

I have had a phenomenal experience with international boxing institute! I always get a top notch work out and Bilal is an experienced, former professional boxer who imparts his knowledge to his clientele. He is very tuned in with his clients and is able to modify training according to ability. I have a shoulder injury and Bilal made sure I didn’t exacerbate it with the activities. I highly recommend!

I was falling behind on my fitness routine due to COVID, and getting back into boxing with Coach Bilal was great. We train outside and he wears a mask during our session, wiping down any gear used so it's sanitized. The workouts are challenging, and a good balance of cardio, technique, and strength.
